Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Inbound
Calls: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, providing exceptional
service and addressing any questions or concerns.
Policy
Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance policies, ensuring
clients have the coverage they need.
Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand client portfolios, offering
additional insurance products or coverage.
Continuous
Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes to
provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Active insurance license in Michigan.
Experience: Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-Motivated: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and CRM systems.
