About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President & Executive Producer for Broadcasting. The successful candidate will be tasked with the comprehensive oversight of broadcast production, logistics, and talent recruitment. This pivotal role involves managing the strategic planning and development of programming and production that is distributed across various channels, with a focus on enhancing the brand. Core responsibilities include all aspects of broadcast production, from mobile facilities to sales integration, and serving as the primary contact for radio flagship and MLB Local Media in relation to game broadcasts and TV production. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years' related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing mobile facilities, crew, transmission, graphics, and master control. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of developing and overseeing programming and production for both linear and direct-to-consumer platforms. Occasional travel is a requirement, including to select road games and Spring Training.
