As part of our team, youll prospect, qualify, and convert leads into satisfied clientsall from the comfort of your home. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, independence, and a strong drive to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with leads provided by the agencyno cold calling!
• Present P&C insurance products via phone or virtual meetings
• Assess clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client retention

What You Bring:

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Proven sales experience (Insurance sales experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual selling experience a plus)
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Results-driven and committed to exceeding expectations
• Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce)
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
