WHAT WE DO We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach.
LOCALISATION SERVICES DMS delivers a full range of adaptation and localisation services to major film studios across the globe from its central London base. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour-grading and visual effects for promotional materials to support worldwide feature film releases for use in cinema and online.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU Our Versioning Producers sit within our Client Services department and are the main contact at DMS for the local marketing teams of key global studio clients. We are seeking a Versioning Producer within our Trailer department specialising in the localisation of film trailers for global distribution for our prestigious, world-renowned clients.
THE ROLE This exciting new position sits within our LA Team to manage our Film Clients mainly on Trailer content. The position requires management of sensitive content that is viewed by a global audience, whilst also providing excellent project management skills of internal workflow and processes. This person will also need to be results driven with a proactive approach to delivering content on time and effectively.
The role would suit someone with the following skills and experience:
Produce localised/translated graphics inserts for trailers and their accompanying launch assets for online (video) and theatrical (Digital Cinema Packages) release
Confident liaising with senior and junior level executives, not shying away from difficult conversations or situations as they arise
Takes initiative ownership in managing the end-to-end localisation process and to be result orientated
Proactive in overseeing, coordinating and delivering all of the clients’ requirements, whilst ensuring content is produced to creative and technical industry standards
A good knowledge of workflows in relation to the operational teams (technical ops, QC, motion graphics)
A keen eye for detail with the ability to work in a structured context that eliminates mistakes and thoroughly checks all output before final delivery to our clients
A proven track record of managing multiple projects at one time
Demonstrates resilience and flexibility, particularly when working to tight deadlines
Proactive in seeking ways to improve our internal processes and solve problems as they arise
Disciplined with the completion of administrative duties including the record-keeping and billing that is a vital part of the role
An excellent communicator with face-to-face, written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams
REQUIREMENTS Experience of content management an advantage
Exposure to client relationships key
Key industry knowledge of broadcast and film technical specifications or sound knowledge of content management via various channels
Knowledge of Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs)
Experience of working on deadline driven projects and launches
