Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Associate Producer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the Forza franchise, contributing to the development and delivery of intricate and beautiful vehicles for the games. You will manage all aspects of production, including content creation, art outsourcing, and coordination with the Horizon and Motorsport teams. This is an exciting chance to work on a top-selling, critically acclaimed franchise and ensure high-quality milestones are achieved. In this role you will: Work with Car Team leads through all stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality. Run effective meetings, noting action items and ensuring follow-through. Collaborate with artists and test teams to manage daily tasks, including prioritization and dependency management. Facilitate effective communication and keep the team informed of milestone deliverables and goals throughout the development phases.
