Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a fast-growing Fintech organization to identify a FP&A Manager to join their team. This position will require 3 days/week in-office in Providence.

The Exposure: The FP&A Manager has a highly visible role and will work closely with both the Controller and CFO.

The FP&A Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare/update quarterly forecasting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections, as well as associated reporting and financial reconciliations.

Conduct analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance to identify trends and insights.

Collaborate in the establishment, tracking, and review of budgets across various teams.

Work closely with other members of the finance team to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial reports.

Offer strategic business support by leveraging data analysis to drive initiatives focused on improving margins and cost optimization across the organization.

Qualifications

3-6 years of demonstrated experience in FP&A with a track record of career progression.

Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Tableau is preferred.

Proficiency in utilizing financial data to facilitate cross-departmental decision-making and provide business support.
