Our repeat client is a well known non profit in the Pikesville community and has been around for nearly 200 years. They are currently hiring an

Executive Administrative Assistant

on a contract to hire basis. This role will last on a contractual basis for 3-4 months and depending on performance and fit, a permanent offer will be extended after that time.

Position is

100% in office in Pikesville, MD . Free parking offered!

Flexible start time: start between 8am-9am and work an 8 hour work day, 40 hours per week, M-F. Potential for overtime!

Ideal start date: End of November/beginning of December 2024

Annual Salary starting at $50,000

Job Responsibilities for the

Executive Administrative Assistant :

Primarily support executive leadership as needed

Work collaboratively with clergy, preschool employees, volunteers, and members

Assists with the management of the office's administrative affairs

Assist the Executive Director with task prioritization

Respond to calls and inquiries from members

Reviews and tracks internal and external mail

Provides input on various projects within the organization

Under direction, assists with initiatives to ensure the continuous improvement of administrative operations

Cover for reception desk up to 1 hour a day

Performs special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Executive Administrative Assistant role:

3+ years of successful experience with providing administrative support for a small organization

Non profit experience a plus!

Strong MS Office experience
