Responsibilities of the Accountant:

Process orders in QuickBooks

Prepayments and accruals

Invoices, expenses to project

Invoices to be assigned correctly

Qualifications of the Accountant:

QuickBooks experience is a MUST

1+ year of Accounting experience

Proficient in Excel: V-lookups and Pivot Tables

Prepayments experience a big plus
