Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy : Develop, implement, and manage financial models to support the company's short- and long-term strategic planning.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Data-Driven Analysis : Perform detailed financial and variance analysis to inform executive decision-making.
Executive Reporting : Prepare and present financial insights and performance reports to senior management.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Partner with various teams to drive financial visibility, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize business performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
5+ years of experience
in financial planning, analysis, or similar roles within financial services
Strong Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
Advanced Excel Skills : Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels
