PURPOSE: To administer and optimize the IT infrastructure for the company, including networks, software systems, and security elements (firewalls, endpoint security, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES: •Travel with and support the team to at-track events and testing facilities. •Setup/monitor/teardown trackside IT systems at all race & test events. •Support and maintain trackside IT inventory including remote firewalls, switches, and Starlink Internet services. •Administer Office365 accounts and services. •Administration of race team(s) intercom system and associated equipment. •Strong documentation skills--examples include the creation of help documentation, network diagrams, and failover designs. •Ability to assess network cabling. •Ability to diagnose connectivity issues-wired and wireless. •Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Required •Bachelors in a job-related field of study preferred, or a combination of education and experience •Minimum 5 years' job-related experience •Knowledge of and experience with switched and routed networks •Project management from conceptual to implementation •PC hardware with various vendors, Windows OS, computer peripherals •Network triage under considerable time constraints and pressure •VPN troubleshooting •Effective communication skills •Genuine team player mentality and openness to collaborate •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment •Significant travel and working weekends during race season Preferred: •PaloAlto Networks and Cisco Meraki experience •Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration including SharePoint •IT certifications •General cloud experience •Prior motorsports experience strongly preferred #INNOV2024
