Our client is a stable, small non-for-profit organization with over $30 million in funding and they are seeking an Director of Finance & Administration to join their team and support the mission of the organization
Mission driven organization that helps women achieve college degrees and prepare for career success
Currently is on a hybrid schedule in their downtown Manhattan office

Director of Finance & Administration Responsibilities
Managing all Financial entities including AP, grant payments, annual audit, reconciliation's, and presenting financials to the Board
Managing Human resource records, administering payroll, benefits programs, coordinating the 403B plan
Managing the grants and contracts database, develop foundation strategies, monitor the grants budgets, and supporting grantee's
Comfortable picking up reception phone calls, engaging with philanthropy, liaising with building management and facilities - A TEAM PLAYER
Director of Finance & Administration Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong Excel & Budgeting skills
Must 'buy in' to their mission
NFP experience is a plus
