What the Bookkeeper will do:
Manage the full AP process from matching & coding to posting and cutting checks.
Manage roughly 150 invoices weekly
Dive deep into the financial seas, verifying, allocating, and posting business transactions with precision into subsidiary accounts and the general ledger.
Assist with monthly financials
Keep the financial ship steady with GL reconciliations that leave no stone unturned.
What the company looks for in a Bookkeeper:
Bring at least 5 years of experience in AP
Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related
Excel skills are the cherry on top!
