Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist - Onsite

Staff Accountant / Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:
Prepare daily and weekly sales, cash, A/P, A/R, and margin reports for management, ensuring accurate order processing.
Create monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, vendor usage, and spending, along with ad-hoc reports.
Manage accounts receivable by invoicing customers, maintaining aging reports, applying payments, and handling collections.
Process vendor invoices, run weekly check payments, and reconcile vendor statements to ensure timely payments.
Perform daily bank reconciliations, prepare month-end journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Resolve customer and vendor billing inquiries and support inventory counts and reconciliations for accuracy.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
Understanding of accounting principles.
Familiarity with general ledgers and chart of accounts.
