Overview of the Payroll Clerk position:

Payroll clerk must ensure accuracy of employee timesheets

Calculate weekly pay of employees including overtime, holiday, sick time, and vacation pay

Prepare, process, and maintain employee payroll including tax forms and W2s

Payroll clerk will file relevant reports and documents as needed

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Clerk position:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Prior work experience as a payroll clerk or in a similar position
