About the Organization: Accounts Payable Analyst
Creative Financial Staffing of New York is working with a leading food industry organization located in the Hunts Point, Bronx area
They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team and report directly to the AP Manager

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Analyst
Review and process vendor invoices and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to address payment inquiries and improve processes.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Analyst
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
