The Opportunity
Kandji is looking for a
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist
who is passionate about driving organic growth and increasing visibility through data-driven SEO strategies. You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and the broader marketing team to optimize Kandji's online presence, ensuring top-ranking search engine results and high-quality traffic. With strong market fit and a highly collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the company's organic growth.
How you will make a difference day to day: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headers, internal linking, and content to improve organic visibility. Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates to inform optimization strategies. Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-driven content that aligns with keyword strategies and business objectives. Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and backlink profile. Perform technical SEO audits and work closely with web developers to fix issues related to site structure, page speed, mobile usability, and crawlability. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure ongoing optimization, with AI as a consideration. Report SEO performance and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders on a regular basis, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies. Minimum qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in SEO, with proven success in improving search engine rankings and organic traffic in a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS or technology companies. Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles and practices. Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog. Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Experience collaborating with content creators and developers to execute SEO strategies that align with marketing and business goals. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions within a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to driving SEO results. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts. Preferred qualifications:
Experience in international SEO, optimizing for multiple languages and regions. Working knowledge of SEO considerations for video content and rich media. Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo. Experience with product-led growth organizations. Experience with user-generated content and/or programmatic SEO tactics. Understanding of how to leverage optimize SEO for AI-driven search.
