110 year old, family-owned, real estate firm with a rich history in the PNW is seeking a Property Accountant to join a fantastic team.

What you'll do:

Drive the common area maintenance (CAM) budget and reconciliation processes, in strong partnership with property management

Manage revenue, collections, and operating budgets for assigned properties

Compile monthly P&L and accounts receivable reports for property managers. Review financial results with Property Management team, analyze trends and recommend adjustments to forecast

Partner with property management to perform ad hoc analyses that address financial and leasing issues

Analyze and interpret leases. Enter all required information into financial and operational systems

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

3+ years related experience

Yardi experience

Strong verbal & written communication skills
