AP/AR Analyst:

Responsibilities of the AP/AR Analyst:

Handle the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Process the cash receipts and miscellaneous A/R adjustments

Complete the month-end close and prepare financial statements

General ledger and journal entries

Complete miscellaneous duties and projects, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the AP/AR Analyst:

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and preparing financial statements

Hands-on proficiency with Excel and accounting software experience

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize assignments

The ideal candidate must be a team player and able to work well in a fast-paced small office environment

The Bookkeeper role is fully onsite in Smithville, OH with a salary range of $45,760 - $54,080 depending on experience.
