RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Systems Administrator
Within using best practices, you'll keep technologies secure and help resolve technical issues for the organization.
Ability to analyze issues, establish priorities, make decisions, ensure system availability, and performance through improvement of procedures.
Architect, design and implement enterprise Office 365 solutions for the organization
Implement and support Office 365 and related technologies including but not limited to; Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Azure, Exchange Server, Teams, Directory Synchronization.
Work with high energy in a team environment with a multitude of responsibilities including desktop support, network maintenance, phone system management, desktop software, and managing software.
Effectively apply best practices to new/and or existing systems
Maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage\support the O365 environment
Participate in compliance and security reviews as needed. Work closely with other internal teams to build security, reliability, and scalability into the O365\Azure architecture.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE Systems Administrator
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology
Excellent communication skills that include listening, verbal and written skills. Communication skills must include the ability to communicate with employees
Exchange/Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, SharePoint, and related technologies
Ability to develop ideas and showcase independent judgement
