Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Reconcile bank statements, track expenses, and manage cash flow.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
