Salary range: $48,000-54,000
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Heavy data entry from Salesforce into Oracle ERP system
Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Coordinate with clients on billing, invoicing, and general accounting needs per account
Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery for clients
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Help maintain an organized filing system for important sales-related documents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in an administrative or support role
Oracle
Salesforce
Advanced Excel
