Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to process orders efficiently, from initiation to fulfillment.

Communicate with logistics and production teams to track orders and information.

Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity, keeping them informed throughout the order process.

Maintain accurate records in the company system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Assist in sales forecasting, generating reports, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Support other accounting aspects of the company

About the Opportunity:
