The ideal candidate will enjoy complicated and unique tax deals. This position is a succession plan to VP of Tax. This opportunity does come with a relocation package.

What the Senior Director, Tax will do…
Direct the tax department compliance function
The Senior Director, Tax will oversee preparation of quarterly/annual income tax provision calculations and workpapers
Review annual corporate tax return's US international tax calculations and filings including Form 5471, foreign tax credit, GILTI, FDII, and subpart F
Review global income tax provision with comprehensive understanding for ASC 740
Partner with FP&A for global tax forecasts and annual tax budgets
Assist VP on special projects
Ensure the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures and transfer pricing strategies
Develop a team through mentorship and training
What the company needs in a Senior Director, Tax:
CPA required
10 years of relevant tax experience
Public/Industry tax experience (+)
International tax required
Strong working knowledge of income tax provision calculation
