BARBRI is seeking a creative, strategic and visionary individual who is interested in an opportunity to work within a world-class learning and technology organization. This role will lead the prioritization, planning and execution of their respective features and services, working in partnership with the Product Owner and Squad members. This is a full-time employee position. The UX/UI Designer is a member of the product team who is responsible for creating user-centric experiences and designs based on the fundamentals of user and business needs.

You will have a background in LMS systems. You are passionate about creating products that impact learning delivery and making a positive difference for our clients. You thrive on working in a collaborative environment and feel empowered to contribute to the creativity of a highly dynamic team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions. Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma or Axure Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, particularly in the e-learning space. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in e-learning or educational technology. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. An ideal candidate will also have the following:
