Financial Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial and statistical reports.
Design and prepare statistical reports on timekeepers for annual compensation evaluation.
Assist in the design and implementation of financial reports for monitoring performance by cost center, practice group, office, etc.
Contribute to the development and design of dashboards.
Develop links into relational databases to provide real-time reporting and enhance current reporting tools for greater efficiency.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for financial improvement.
Maintain a solid understanding of financial accounting principles.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
Financial Analyst Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience; legal industry experience is a plus.
At least three years of SQL experience preferred.
Proficiency with software applications such as Business Objects, Access, Iridium, Excel, Crystal Reports, and PowerPoint.
A proactive, analytical problem-solver with the ability to exercise independent judgment and recommend improvements in areas of responsibility.

Compensation:
