Key Responsibilities:
Lead the accounting department, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accounting standards (GAAP).
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvements.
Coordinate annual audits and regulatory compliance reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, specifically within the healthcare industry.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 #LI-AE4 #HYBRID
