Our client is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the United States located in lower Manhattan
The Budget Director will handle a $300 million budget as the organization offers different programs for individuals with disabilities of all ages

Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Analysis:
Working with Program directors on budgets and providing analysis on financial health
supervising a team of 2 overseeing monthly, quarterly, annual reports
Internal and External reporting responsibilities including budget vs. actual, grant reporting, board deck preparation, forecasting, variance analysis.
Budget development, budget modifications
Review and monitor all funding sources along with operating / non-operating expenditures.
Experience Preferred of the Director of Financial Analysis:
5+ years of FP&A Experience in a nonprofit or for-profit environment
Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and excellent written and verbal communication skills
