Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
Handling the staffing and recruiting process for the schools and collaborating with school directors and staffing needs
Managing the Professional development program to secure employee retention
Understanding the benefits package and assist with employees regarding enrollment
Additional responsibilities from the Director of HR
Experience Preferred for the HR Manager:
4+ of related experience
ADP is a plus
Non Profit is a plus
SHRM is a plus
