Position Summary

Financial Analyst , you will dive into complex data systems, work across departments to develop custom reports, and contribute to improving financial processes. You'll be interacting with C-Suite leaders, supporting their reporting needs, and helping to shape the way data drives decisions.
Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst
Data Structuring and Reporting Development (40%)
Dive into OneStream to understand how data dimensions are structured.
Collaborate with department leaders to build and customize budget and forecast reports.
Take initiative to identify connections and deliver actionable insights.
Month-End Close Process Improvements (30%)
Evaluate and enhance reporting templates for greater clarity and usability.
Customize reports for department leaders to aid in presentations to the board.
Drive efficiency by streamlining the data reporting process.
Data Analysis and Visualization (30%)
Perform in-depth data analysis, leveraging complex Excel formulas and tools.
Identify trends and patterns, providing recommendations for strategic improvements.
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
As a
Financial Analyst , you will also support initiatives aimed at process improvement and partner closely with the Senior Systems Financial Analyst for guidance on larger-scale automation projects.
Qualifications for Financial Analyst Applicants
Must-Haves:
Proficiency in OneStream or Hyperion SmartView.
Experience managing large data sets with advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
Resourceful and confident in troubleshooting and managing relationships at all levels, including C-Suite.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with Oracle and SAP ERP systems (training provided as needed).
Exposure to process improvement within financial reporting.
