Operations & Database Specialist - On-site/Hybrid - New Haven, CT This role is hybrid, and only local candidates will be considered Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 approximate annual salary

Lead automation projects, such as deduplication of contacts and optimizing data workflows
What the company needs in an Operations & Database Specialist:
1-2 years of experience in data management or operations
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, PowerQuery)
Familiarity with Salesforce or fundraising databases preferred
Experience with ETL processes between different platforms
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to work with external vendors
Great problem-solving abilities, especially in troubleshooting data discrepancies
