We have an exciting opportunity for a

Director of Sales and Marketing

to join our team at

Carriage Inn Bryan . The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leasing the community to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy and establishing a wait list. Additionally, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for providing marketing and sales leadership through implementation of marketing and branding strategies and prospect relationship management.

Compensation includes commission and bonus plan eligibility.

Shifts:

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday May be required to work other hours to support events. Weekends and holidays in MOD rotation. Responsibilities:

Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families. Follow-up promptly on leads from all sources. Assure Customer Relationship Management database always contains the most up-to-date information. Employ the Traci Bild system tools. Provide Executive Director documents and information necessary to complete lease signing appointments. Establish and maintain good relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources. Goal achievement building and maintaining occupancy through prospect engagement. Participate in marketing events internally and externally. Attend and assist with Director's Specials. Partner with internal resources to ensure all areas support the sales and marketing process including first impressions and dining experiences. Coordinate with internal resources including plant operations, life enrichment and dining services to achieve success and satisfaction from event attendees. Attends daily standup and communicates status of prospects. Manage expenditures to budget. Analyze and report on variances. Manages and provides guidance to any subordinates such as Move -In Coordinator or Sales Coordinator, if any. Always maintain professional attitude and appearance. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the company's Code of Business Conduct, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws. Member of the community's emergency response team. Assists with special projects or tasks. Participate in the community's Manager on Duty rotation. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum two years' experience with sales management in senior living or similar setting. Demonstrated strong closing skills in a highly competitive market. Demonstrated success in sales of senior living or another multi-unit environment. Must have strong leadership and team building skills. Ability to maintain customer relationship systems and employ the data to meet budgeted occupancy goals. Must have valid driver's license in state of community with a driving record that meets company and insurance provider's requirements. Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft programs; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner. Must be flexible in the hours and days available to work. Excellent hospitality skills. Ability to speak, read & write English. Must be willing to undergo a routine background check including drug screen.
