Position Overview: Are you ready to bring your B2B content marketing expertise to a growing team that values strategic vision and creative impact? We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This isn't just any marketing role-it's an opportunity to shape our brand voice, drive engagement across channels, and lead initiatives that directly impact our growth. Here's a look at what you'll do: 1. Content Creation, Management, Brand Building Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with RFgen's brand voice, industry position, and target audience interests. Create compelling, actionable content that engages users at every stage of the funnel (awareness, consideration, and decision) to drive qualified leads. Manage content calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and customer success) to ensure timely content production and distribution. Collaborate with subject matter experts to recommend, create, and deploy audience-centric content across the buyer journey. Ideate and pitch new content ideas to the marketing team across channels and verticals. Perform audience and competitor research to create content that addresses pain points, stands out in the industry, and highlights RFgen's unique value. Measure content performance across channels, using data insights to refine content strategy and boost engagement, reach, and lead generation. 2. Inbound Funnel Development Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content to increase organic traffic, incorporating keyword research, filling content gaps, and applying on-page SEO best practices. Develop and optimize lead-generation content that engages users at every stage of the funnel (awareness, consideration, and decision) to drive qualified leads. Collaborate on landing page and email marketing strategies to align content with user journeys, building and refining paths that increase conversions. Create compelling content for strategic email nurture campaigns and targeted drip series, crafting messaging that builds relationships, engages leads, and guides them toward becoming sales-ready prospects. 3. Outbound Marketing Develop ad copy and creative briefs for paid social and digital ad campaigns, focusing on ROI-driven content that increases brand visibility and drives quality traffic to RFgen's site. Craft compelling copy for tradeshow materials, including banners, brochures, and booth displays, to captivate attendees, communicate our value, and drive engagement on the show floor. Conduct A/B testing on email and ad campaign elements to refine messaging and performance. Create and leverage partnerships with industry influencers and thought leaders to expand reach and credibility within key markets. Analyze and report on outbound campaign success, using insights to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and channel focus. Requirements 5+ years' experience in B2B content creation Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. CMS Experience in Word press and Sharepoint Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally and work effectively with different teams. Portfolio showcasing blog posts, customer case studies, e-books/white papers, video scripts, advertising copy, etc. Proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
