Were looking for an experienced Cinematographer/Video Editor to join a tight-knit team of creative professionals and extraordinary technologists. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled communicator with a consistent track record of planning and executing their own workflow with a highly collaborative team.
**Description**
As Cinematographer/Editor, youll be part of a content team focused on delivering customer-facing content. Youll be a critical part of the team defining the overall look and feel of video content. Responsibilities include: - Work closely with the content team and cross-functional partners to develop and execute a vision - Lead a nimble camera/lighting team and provide overall direction for daily productions both in studio and in the field - Partner closely with video lead in souring preferred equipment, tools and crew - Video editing of prototype and larger production deliverables so that other editors can replicate the overall look and feel - Research and stay up-to-date on technology trends as it relates to cinematography and video editing for smoother workflows
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years experience filming and editing short and longer form content
+ A passion for filmmaking, impeccable eye for detail
+ Expert knowledge of camera equipment and software
+ Strong understanding of lighting principles
+ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
+ Ability to edit in many different styles and mediums
+ Ability to provide feedback on finishing (color and mix) and motion graphics

+ Ability to color grade
+ Still photography experience a plus

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $158,100 and $237,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs.
