About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Photographer/Videographer. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, producing, and delivering compelling photo and video content that effectively represents our diverse portfolio of brands across various creative channels. These include marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce platforms, and live events. As a key member of our in-house creative services team, you will be responsible for bringing the creative vision and strategy of our brands to life through innovative and engaging visual storytelling.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $83,000 to $93,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work within the Paso Robles location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.

About the Role

These include marketing campaigns, social media, e-commerce platforms, and live events. As a key member of our in-house creative services team, you will be responsible for bringing the creative vision and strategy of our brands to life through innovative and engaging visual storytelling.
You will be responsible for:
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, produce, and execute innovative photography and video content that aligns with various brand objectives across multiple brand standards.
- Consumer Engagement: Develop and deliver photo and video content that captivates and engages consumers across all channels.
- Strategy Collaboration: Contribute to the omnichannel video content marketing strategy throughout the customer journey
- Photoshoot Planning: Work with the Creative Director and stakeholders to plan and set up photoshoots, including creating mood boards, scouting locations, developing shot lists, securing models, sourcing props, and setting up lighting and equipment as needed.
- Studio Work: Manage product imagery and video shoots in a studio setting, including lighting and prop assembly.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach) to assess the success of content series.
- Analytics Reporting: Monitor and report on photo and video content marketing metrics, driving improvements in content strategy based on data insights.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an in-house photographer or freelance product/lifestyle photographer.
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in photo and video composition, as well as editing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in photography, videography, or a related creative/design field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in video production, editing, content, and audio development.
- Advanced proficiency in lifestyle, event, portrait, studio, and location photography.
- Experience in directing models and production assistant during photo and video shoots.
- Proficiency in filming and editing videos and reels for social media, utilizing both high-end equipment and iPhone formats.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel, including to multiple sites in and around Paso Robles, Napa Valley, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and potentially other states outside California.
- Weekend Availability: Availability to work some weekends for event coverage.
