Salary: $60,000 plus bonus

We’re looking for a talented digital media buyer to join our growing business. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a startup and join a team with a positive track record of growing profitable technology-based companies. This position is an in-person role, with hours based in the Central US time zone. We are based in Kansas City, with offices in The Plaza area.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

We're looking for a Digital Media Buyer with specific experience building campaigns on Facebook, Taboola & Outbrain. Experience creating campaigns for search feeds is a plus.


You will create ad campaigns on Facebook designed to drive user interaction with our blog sites and our advertising partners. All campaigns are optimized to key quality and profit metrics. Your day-to-day work includes:


  • Identifying new topics and advertising verticals leveraging keyword research tools for campaign creation.
  • Creating and deploying multiple Facebook ad campaigns covering a wide array of topics and products.
  • Analyzing campaign metrics to identify actionable insights on ad-creatives and landing page styling and blog post article content.
  • Collaborating with our team on a daily basis in an effort to scale our business, improve our products, and innovate on new solutions.


What Experience You Will Need:

We need ambitious team members with creative creation skills. You will need to be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within our small team.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years working in the Facebook ad-manager platform and have a good understanding of campaign targeting and bidding tactics with strict adherence to Facebook’s Advertising Policies.
  • 1-2 years of experience analyzing and interpreting media data. Strong skills with excel, SQL, Tableau or other data visualization tools are preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of native, display and search advertising best practices, strategies and tactics.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to triage technical issues when they arise.
