Salary/Wage:

$55,000 -$70,000 (DOE)

Job Summary/Description:

The Programmatic Media Buyer, Performance will assist in digital revenue growth through programmatic buying and supporting GDM's client expectations. The role will focus on identifying target audiences, monitoring & optimizing campaigns for peak performance, and serving as a subject matter expert across all programmatic channels. This is a remote position.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited, to):

- Build out media buys for various ad platforms using effective media buying strategies and oversee the day-to-day execution and optimization
- Own operational tasks including budget management, creative trafficking, budget reconciliation, and post-campaign evaluation
- Ensure campaign KPIs are met and within budget requirements, tracking costs and ROI
- Work with partners internally and externally to troubleshoot and implement solutions as required to enable efficient campaign delivery and performance.
- Suggest optimization and budget strategies according to the best-performing creatives, audiences, placements
- Manage communication and requests from individual TV stations
- Contribute to building and analyzing reports on campaign success, developing a summary for sales teams to utilize in current and future opportunities
- Develop and evolve skill sets to keep up with the changing media buying landscape, inclusive of new partners, ad tech, and measurement capabilities.
- Contribute to educational documents, best practices, and innovative solutions developed by the Ad Ops and Sales teams.
- Additionally, this position may be required to perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of Programmatic Media Buying and Trading experience (building and managing programmatic campaigns).
- Hands-on experience buying in DSPs (demand-side platforms). The Trade Desk is preferred.
- Proficient in advertising technology platforms and tools including Ad Servers, Site Analytics,
Tag Management, Ad Verification, Attribution, and Measurement.
- Easily handle multiple competing priority initiatives at once, delegating and escalating where needed.
- Ability and track record of cultivating strong relationships both internally and externally.
