Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Creation: Develop and execute paid social media and digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, specifically targeting audiences to drive ticket sales and generate leads for athletic events.
- Content Development: Create engaging ad content, including copy, images, and videos, tailored to the target audience of each property and event type.
- Audience Targeting & Optimization: Assist in identifying and refining target audiences to ensure ads effectively reach potential ticket buyers and leads. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, lead generation, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across different properties.
- A/B Testing: Participate in A/B testing to determine the most effective ad strategies for driving ticket sales and lead generation across various events and properties.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital platforms to inform and enhance advertising strategies.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Learning & Development: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to build expertise in social media advertising, with a particular focus on sports event promotion and lead generation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and sports event promotion.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative advertising content.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns for athletic events.
- Exposure to a variety of digital marketing strategies aimed at driving ticket sales and generating leads across multiple properties.
