Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for security and A/V technology, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales for our alarm systems and monitoring services, as well as AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and present customized security solutions tailored to the customer’s specific needs.
• Consultative Selling: Assess client security needs and recommend appropriate alarm systems and monitoring services, explaining the benefits and features clearly.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
• Quotas & Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and goals.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest security technologies, alarm systems, audio video technology, and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team for installations and post-sale support.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the security/alarm/AV industry or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of security systems and explain them to customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in selling alarm systems, security equipment, or home automation products.
• Knowledge of alarm system monitoring services and licensing requirements.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
