FREELANCE EXPECTATIONS
We work with an eclectic mix of clients in various industries and are seeking an eclectic mix of community managers to hop in during our busier months.
Please only apply if you are open to freelancing approximately 20 hours per week on a contract basis - the lengths of assignments might vary. Please note that we are building a freelance roster at this time, immediate positions may not be available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing, creating, and moderating our clients' social communities
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on industry and competitive trends, campaign initiatives, and community optimization
- Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure channel strategy plans support overall brand goals and objectives communicated from client
- Facilitate communication with Creative Department for the creation of social media content
- Summarize insights and listening observations to help create reports that lead to the optimization of social platforms
- Generate, manage and maintain content calendars for all social communities
- Post content in accordance with Content Calendar
- Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community
- 1-2 years of client-facing social media management and/or strategy experience, ideally in a creative agency setting.
- Experience managing social media channels, especially TikTok
- Passionate about TikTok and Gen Z culture
- Strong copywriting skills that can flex per demographics, platform roles & brand objectives
- Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond
- Super organized, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
