Xsolla is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to join our dynamic global team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting, managing, and delivering engaging content across all of Xsolla’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Your primary goal will be to grow and foster a vibrant community around our brand. You will actively engage with community members to showcase Xsolla’s brands, partners, and products, building meaningful connections within the gaming and Web3 spaces. We’re looking for someone who is deeply passionate about Web3, familiar with blockchain ecosystems, and adept at leveraging emerging trends in decentralized communities to create impactful campaigns. Responsibilities Develop and create compelling content in various formats. Community Building: Cultivate an active, engaged community that supports and follows our projects. Oversee the daily execution of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. Enhance visibility for our brand and products across multiple social media platforms. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design and implement the monthly social media editorial calendar. Produce multimedia content, including videos and live streams, to boost user engagement. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, quality, and tone while optimizing for search and user experience. Stay updated on gaming, blockchain, and Web3 trends to keep content fresh and engaging. Develop strategies to grow and maintain followers on popular platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, while also leveraging Web3-specific platforms such as Discord and decentralized social networks. Engage with decentralized communities and Web3 projects to strengthen Xsolla's presence in the blockchain space. Create content and campaigns that highlight Xsolla’s involvement in NFTs, crypto, and other Web3 initiatives. Implement the monthly editorial calendar, including key performance indicators and initiatives. Follow social media best practices and keep the marketing team informed about new channel features and developments in Web3 marketing. Conduct quality assurance on social media posts before scheduling in a management platform. Monitor live posts for link accuracy, UI compatibility, community sentiment, and discussions within Web3 communities. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, ideally within the gaming sector. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools like Sprout Social and Hootsuite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva is preferred. Experience collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and engaging with crypto communities. Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and the digital landscape. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), tagging, and web content ranking. Web3 gaming experience is highly preferred, including knowledge of NFTs, blockchain technologies, and decentralized communities. Understanding of Web3 marketing strategies and platforms such as Discord and decentralized social media networks. Proven ability to create engaging content for both traditional social platforms and Web3-specific communities. Additional Requirements: Ability to self-motivate and work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
