Digital Content Specialist at TEKsystems in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Description: The Digital Content Production Specialist will combine technical content management skills and strong customer service practices to support, enable and optimize the user experience across multiple digital channels. This role is responsible for technical content management, including creation and publishing on internally facing digital channels for the company's domestic and international business units. It assists with content planning, managing content assets, updates, edits and review of communication materials for accuracy and completeness and collaborates with partners to effectively execute on project deliverables. This role develops and deploys content across multiple digital communication channels and supports business users from multiple business units and internal groups from within the Global Services group. As such, the role requires partnership with communications, marketing, digital and other colleagues to deliver compelling experiences that increase brand awareness and favorability to all audiences. The Digital Content Production Specialist will work to continuously improve customer service and technical content management processes, including revising content based on data & insights collected from various measurement tools and systems, implementing best practices and creating training resources for digital content, This position sits within the Reputation, Content and Channels group within the Global Communications & Brand team working alongside other specialists to support tactical internal communications. This position reports to the Digital Content Manager people leader role. 5+ years of full-time experience in technical or digital content management role Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Excellent project-management skills and attention to detail Strong analytic skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting several parallel projects simultaneously Strong customer service mindset and related skills Experience with Simpplr content management system (CMS) ideal Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred Skills: Content management, Content strategy, Content management system, Web content Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Manage content for enterprise business users using Simpplr intranet content management system (CMS) and related tools/technologies. + Includes understanding project intake, workflow, and relevant and related interpersonal communications required to clarify accuracy and appropriateness of related content. + Strong attention to detail expected. + Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (role) in the Content Manager, Site Manager, and System Administrator functions for Simpplr CMS. + Author user guides and create user support training resources for the CMS including interactions with digital asset management (DAM) system, helping to communicate workflows and project specific activities to support business user-level familiarization and training efforts + Publishing content on the screens, via the Bright Sign or Scala networks. + Support corporate community and public relations events and opportunities as needed.
