As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The starting salary for the full-time position is $45,000.

About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate Content Developer to join our dynamic Content Development department. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of content developers to build and enhance examinations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining exam question databases
- Facilitating item development meetings
- Preparing examinations for publication
- Collecting and reporting data related to team activities
- Recruiting and coordinating with external subject matter experts (SMEs)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred background includes experience in content or test development, editing, proofreading, database management, or roles demonstrating attention to detail across diverse fields.
- Prepare computer-based examinations for publication
- Build examination specifications
- Validate examination content before publication
- Assist in client meetings for content development, including meeting facilitation
- Recruit and manage electronic paperwork for external SMEs
- Maintain databases, perform data entry and referencing tasks
- Proofread content across various applications, including Word, Excel, and proprietary Pearson VUE systems
- Use of phone, PC, and keyboard for data input
- This is a remote position, with occasional travel required to one of the following local Pearson VUE offices as needed for training and company meetings:

- 5601 Green Valley Dr #150, Bloomington, MN 55437, United States
- Ability to negotiate transportation for off-site meetings and to carry and keep on-person a laptop during transport
- Travel requirement up to 10%
