Spectrum Digital Content Operations Specialist This posting has been extended beyond the initial anticipated closing date. Spectrum’s Product and Technology team creates, develops, and operates the nation’s fastest mobile service, most reliable internet service, most viewed live TV app, and the most advanced WiFi, serving nearly 100 million users and 500 million devices. The Self-Service Products and Platforms Team's focus is providing customers with the ability to purchase products and services through our customer platforms (spectrum.net/My Spectrum App, spectrumbusiness.net). Our main goals are to increase digital buyflow entries, orders, and conversion rate. You will be primarily responsible for the development cycle and through feature launch. You will be the subject matter specialist on all aspects related to your content management system (CMS) day-to-day operations, which includes publishing content to Spectrum self-serve customer platforms, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting. A successful candidate must be able to roll up their sleeves and work directly with stakeholders across Spectrum. You should be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have problem-solving abilities. You will have communication and customer-relationship skills and be a passionate advocate for your customers to other internal parties. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: Business Analysis experience - 3-5+ years of experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience Technical Skills: Content Management Systems (Drupal preferred) Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Jira Quality assurance testing Tableau Knowledge of digital marketing metrics Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of business users in a professional manner. Abilities: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties Schedule: This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
