YOUR CANDIDATE JOURNEY Discover what to expect during your journey as a candidate with us. eMASS and RMF Training and Content Developer The Opportunity: We're looking for a passionate training and content developer to work with a fast-paced, highly collaborative software development team building and launching capability for Enterprise web-based systems in the Cybersecurity field. We build an Enterprise-web based application automating nation-level, mission-critical security processes, workflows, and sensor data in risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring. You'll have the opportunity to work as the product's training content developer and conduct end-user training events for Enterprise user-bases across customers. You'll leverage your expertise with product functionality and complex system capabilities to design, create, and maintain material, including training curriculum, user guides, job aids, functionality overviews, and video content. You should be able to rapidly understand new application features, large system modules, and complex business rules to support development of content and conduct instructor-led training which ensures success of senior stakeholders' end-users missions. You Have: 2+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, and CNSSI 1253. 2+ years of experience with eMASS such as Systems, Workflows or Packages, POA&Ms, Artifacts, Controls, or Reports. 2+ years of experience with eMASS Assets modules, including DoD STIGs and ACAS or Vulnerability scans. Experience with training content or policy and process guide analysis. Ability to understand web technologies, applications, software systems and networks, and cybersecurity. Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with RMF and eMASS, or 6+ years of experience with RMF and eMASS in lieu of a degree. Nice If You Have: Experience as an eMASS System Administrator, ISO, ISSO, ISSM, or Security Control Assessor-Validator. Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills. Top Secret clearance. Master's degree. DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ or CISSP. Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
