The Role
The Global Digital Design Director will drive HOKA’s brand presence across digital and social platforms by leading design strategy, innovation, and the execution of digital experiences on .com and social channels. This role involves overseeing UX, UI, storytelling, and brand consistency across devices. The Director will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to craft engaging digital/social content that resonates with athletes, consumers, and global audiences. Staying ahead of design trends, they will implement impactful campaigns to strengthen HOKA’s market position and create a consumer-centric, cohesive brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints. Finally, this role needs to be at the forefront of technology, in order to keep bringing new innovative solutions to HOKA’s digital eco-system.
Your Impact

Elevate the website’s design and enhance the overall e-commerce journey.
Develop a clear strategy and craft engaging narratives for social media.
Drive innovation and enrich digital experiences throughout HOKA’s digital ecosystem.

We’d love to hear from people with
10+ years Agency and Brand experience required
5 years’ experience in a senior creative leadership position leading a team of multidisciplinary creatives at varying levels of experience.
Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and Figma. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong design skill / Art direction, UI/UX
Online storytelling, Social trends, Social platforms
Technical Proficiency in Digital platforms / E-comm

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
