What started as the largest denim launch in history, has evolved into an iconic and inclusive fashion line of denim, ready-to-wear, swim, shoes and activewear. As a Concept Designer Manager at Good American, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand’s design vision. Your role will involve leading the development of innovative and trend-setting concepts for our collections, ensuring they align with our brand's commitment to inclusivity and style. You will inspire the design team, supporting the entire creative process from initial concept through to final product, and collaborate closely with other departments to bring fresh, high-quality designs to market. Key Responsibilities: Research products across all categories of RTW, Denim, Accessories, Swim. Support in the creation of seasonal mood boards with concept, colour, pattern, key items and trends. Participate in the development of the seasonal colour palette with focus on past sales, market research and industry forecasting. Manage print development through collaboration with international print houses and graphic designers. Ensure designs are in line with the merchandise assortment guidelines for style count and retail pricing. Create and manage the linesheet development from style inception through production and final buys. Build the collection through the creation of outfit boards, showcasing the flow of product and colour story by delivery. Qualifications: Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. High level experience trend forecasting, along with knowledge of silhouettes, fabrications, construction techniques, fit and trim. Effective communication skills – verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high paced work environment while remaining focused on the best product execution.
