Grange Hall is hiring: Floral Designer in Dallas

**FULL TIME FLORAL DESIGNER NEEDED**

· Creative, experienced floral designer needed to work in retail space.

· Create customized floral presentations to retail, residential, corporate, and small event venues in store and on-site

· Contribute to a productive and cohesive work environment that provides exemplary customer service

· Works cooperatively with retail team to build new client relationships and developing prospects through networking, building and maintaining current relationships

· Maintain timely correspondence with clients and vendors, responsible for follow up communication

· Manage ongoing floral product needs (ordering flowers, supplies, vessels, etc)

· Significant hands-on floral design experience in a high-volume retail environment preferred

· Full time position, with flexible work schedule required, including weekend availability; peak business periods will require extended work days and work weeks

· Training period with Lead Floral Designer to learn store’s concept and vision required

· Collaborative Environment
