Currently, we are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Space Interior Designer to lead the design of a spa and gym area. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for the spa and gym, aligning with the client’s vision and brand identity.

• Conduct site assessments and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and color palettes to create a cohesive and inviting aesthetic.

• Prepare detailed design plans, renderings, and specifications.

• Ensure functionality and compliance with safety and building regulations.

• Provide project management support, including timeline and budget oversight.

• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices applicable to commercial spaces.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience in commercial space design, particularly in wellness, fitness, or hospitality projects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in spas, gyms, or similar environments.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and a passion for creating functional yet inspiring spaces.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and sustainability principles.
