Salary: US $100,000 - 130,000 + equity (Note: Salary and benefits vary by location.)

Job Overview:
We seek an experienced designer as our first full-time Product UX Designer at TireTutor. You will play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge products in the automotive repair industry. Collaborating with a talented team, you will lead the design process from ideation to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and create memorable experiences for our users.
What you'll do:
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
Lead end-to-end design projects and work closely with engineers, product, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality output
Create high-fidelity design visuals, prototypes, and flows for features
Help establish and grow the product and design culture within the company
Help establish and adapt the processes as the company grows to build the foundations of product design
Work with existing and prospective clients to gain a deep understanding of the jobs to be done
Work on developing workflows and interfaces that pioneer new design paradigms inspired by Generative AI.
Requirements:
Passion for product, design, and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges
A portfolio of excellent product designs delivered within a fast-paced environment
Experience with design systems, programming, and technical tools like Git and VSCode
Ability to think as a system and complex interaction designs
Create and express ideas through visuals and prototyping in Figma
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
