About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an AI Designer and Strategist to join us for a 12+ month project. This position is remote, working EST hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer and Strategist with a strong background in AI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs and a strategic mindset to drive AI integration into our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

    User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that align with business goals and leverage AI capabilities.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • AI Integration: Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into the user experience, enhancing functionality and personalization.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design and strategy, with a focus on AI integration.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in UX.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and strategic thinking.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
